The blades are specifically designed for chopping copper wires in an uniform manner with lower blades damage. The separation bed with multiple grooves are used for processing the separation. With the gravity of the raw material, the impact force of both inertia and friction of the lateral spreading wave are generated by the reciprocating motion of the table, the material with diverse density as well as size will be separated and moved either in the longitudinal or lateral direction.
Water circulation system and plastic filtration device
The water circulation system help in reducing the production loose by keeping most of the metal particle within the system. Also, the flashing water take both the metal particles and plastic granules to the filtration device and the sieve will not allow the plastic to get through it owing to its over size and the metal particle will sink down to the bottom of the water tank. Post a span of time, cleaning of metal mud can be done for sale.
