Radiator Recycling Process
The KRCA double shaft shredder is a low speed and high torque twin shaft shredding machine. It has the ability to tear, chop as well as squeeze the radiators into small strips with 5 cm width and diverse lengths. The chopped materials can be fed into next crushing equipment for enhancing the crushing and processing capacity for further granulation.
The KRVC vertical crusher is an extremely efficient system that reduces the size of the fed material by cutting and impacting the material inside of the chamber in order to get the desired size material for further separation by high speed rotating blades.
For reducing the burden of the next separation device, most of the aluminum foil is separated with the aid of air separator. The crushed material is fed into the inlet hopper of the air separator, the horizontal airflow generated by the fan below the hopper will move the falling material in different distance as per the weight of the material. The aluminum has light weight as compared to copper, owing to which it will be taken to a further distance. The purity of the separated aluminum can reach to 99% and the capacity of the air separator is 1000-1500kg/h.
The separation is based on the materials density deference , the heavy material will be effected by the shaking force and the light material will be effected by the low air, then move to two different directions. When the mixed material will fall into the separator, the aluminum will move with the airflow and copper will move in the opposite direction by the effect of the shaking force and the material will be separated. The purity of the separated aluminum can reach to 99% and the capacity of the air separator is 1000-1500kg/h.
