The bladesâ€™ structure is designed to chop copper wires, it can chop the wires with lower blades damage, the chopped granules are in uniform and the cutting section of the granules is flat and smooth then it will guarantee the separation performance of the wave table. The feeder of the crusher is connected to the water circulation system,during the pulverization the water can mix well with the crushed cables to increase the efficiency of the next separation.
The separation is processed on the separation bed with multiple grooves, the raw material was fed into the feeding cell which is on the higher corner of the table and the water feeding cell give the water to flush in lateral spreading. With the gravity of the raw material, the impact force of the lateral spreading wave, both of the inertia force and the force of the friction which are generated by the reciprocating motion of the table, the material with different size and density will be separated and move either in the lateral or longitudinal direction.
Water circulation system and plastic filtration device
The water circulation system can keep most of the metal particle within the system to reduce the production loose. Also, the flashing water take both of the plastic granules and metals particles to the filtration device and the plastic will not get through the sieve due to the over size and the metal particle will sink down to the bottom of the water tank. After a period of time, the metal mud can be cleaned out for sale.
